AES Electrostatic Spray Wand

Improve Your Hydraulic Sprays with Finer Droplets.

The Dramm AES Electrostatic Spray Wand creates improves spray coverage by combining our Hydra Sprayers with electrostatic technology.

Meant for close-target application, the AES Wand imparts a negative electrostatic charge onto hydraulic spray droplets to provide better coverage than hydraulic sprays alone.

A high-voltage electrostatic induction ring imparts a negative charge to the droplets exiting the multi-nozzle spray wand, causing them to repel each other and become attracted to grounded surfaces.

Unlike many other electrostatic technologies, the AES is meant to work with existing hydraulic sprayers and keeps the benefit of the forceful spray. Often, air-atomizing electrostatic systems do not have sufficient force to penetrate thick plant canopies to allow the smaller, negatively charged droplets coat the interior of the plant.

By using hydraulic force, up to 400 psi, the AES wand combines both technologies for a better result..

The AES uses three 0.7mm nozzles to create a wide, fan pattern, perfect for vertical and horizontal crops.

Let me know when the AES is available.
