Manitowoc, WI- Biocontrol pesticides have become an important part of pest management programs for ornamental, food, and medicinal crops. Many of these products contain living organisms that can be damaged during application, making proper equipment selection critical to their success.

Factors such as pressure, filtration, solution concentration, and heat can impact product viability and effectiveness. Understanding these limitations and matching the application method to the product helps ensure biocontrols remain viable, reach their target, and deliver the intended results.

With more than 50 sprayers and foggers designed for greenhouse and indoor growing environments, Dramm provides both the equipment and expertise needed for successful biocontrol applications. Dramm offers specialized solutions, including in-tank aeration systems that help keep nematodes alive in solution and BIO PulsFOGs that cool propellant exhaust to protect living fungal and bacterial products during application.

Dramm will be exhibiting these solutions at the GreenTech exhibition in Amsterdam, June 9-11. Visit Dramm in Hall 2, Stand 221 to learn how the right equipment can improve the performance and reliability of biocontrol applications.

For more than 75 years, The Dramm Corporation has developed innovative products and solutions for professional growers. Founded in 1941 with the invention of the 400AL Water Breaker Nozzle, Dramm continues to help customers flourish through advanced irrigation, water management, and crop production solutions.
