Foam 8L - Foaming Sprayer
Foam improves disinfection by increasing contact time.
The Dramm FOAM 8L Compression Foamer produces a rich, aerated foam that slowly degrades over time, allowing for more contact time.
Working like a compression sprayer, air is pumped by hand into the chamber pressurizing the spray solution. Unlike normal compression sprayers, some of that compressed air is mixed with they spray solution in the nozzle to create an air-rich foam. The FOAM8L comes with three different mixing valves to allow for different air/solution ratios and different qualities of foam.
By using compressed air, the quality of the foam is superior to systems with use atmospheric pressure and siphoned air. Hose-end foam nozzles, using such systems, produce a sudsy lather, not a rich foam.
A true, aerated foam will not only last longer, improving contact time, but it will cling to vertical surfaces, helping to disinfect walls and crevasses.
Foam 8L Compression Foamer
The FOAM8L is a foamer that uses compressed air to make a rich foam. Like a compression sprayer, you hand pump the FOAM8L but, leave a reservoir of air in the tank. This air mixes with the solution to create the foam. Requires the use of foamable products.

The FM20 Foamer connects to your compressor to create a rich, aerated foam that will adhere to vertical surfaces and persist, improving contact time.

FM50 Cart Mounted Foamer
The FM50 uses the same foaming system as the smaller units but with a 50 gallon tank on our HydraCart Frame. The FM50 comes with a 25' hose standard, but can use up to 75' with 5 CFM @ 60 psi. Optional hose reels are available for units with longer lengths of hose.
